Context

BairesDev is Latin America’s largest outsourcing company and a global leader in Nearshore Technology Solutions. With 3,000+ engineers across 36 countries and a client base that includes Google, Rolls-Royce, Johnson & Johnson, Pinterest, and ViacomCBS, its digital presence is a critical driver of both client acquisition and talent recruitment.

As a Specialist UX Designer, I was responsible for elevating the company’s digital ecosystem to simultaneously meet the expectations of two very different audiences: enterprise clients and top-tier IT professionals.

Challenge

Redesign and scale BairesDev’s institutional website and digital properties to:

  • Attract new enterprise clients with clear positioning of technical expertise and delivery capacity.

  • Engage top-tier professionals by showcasing the company as a premium employer.

  • Ensure design consistency across a multi-language ecosystem of over 120 pages, 80+ landing pages, and the Daily Bundle blog (with new content published daily).

My Role & Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Strategy: Led stakeholder interviews, user research, and analytics reviews to define pain points and user journeys.

  • Design Leadership: Mentored a team of three designers, guiding discovery, prototyping, and delivery phases.

  • Execution: Produced and validated wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnered with developers, marketing, and content teams to ensure feasibility and consistency.

  • Hands-on Contribution: Supported front-end coding to align execution with design intent.

Process

Discovery Phase

  • Conducted 40+ stakeholder and user interviews to identify key needs and friction points.

  • Analyzed Google Analytics data (200k+ monthly visitors) to prioritize design opportunities.

  • Used insights to secure C-level buy-in for adopting UX methodologies across the company’s digital properties.

Delivery Phase

  • Developed iterative prototypes (low to high fidelity) and validated them with stakeholders.

  • Established a scalable design system to maintain consistency across 200+ pages in multiple languages.

  • Partnered with developers in agile sprints to ensure technical feasibility and fidelity to the UX vision.
